• Arranging to attend at your home and discuss with you how to feature your home – highlights and discussions on how to get the highest price.

 I will provide a customized marketing plan to target potential buyers, and

1. I will  keep you informed  on feedback received from showings on your home;
2. Give you  moving and sale checklists and tips to help minimize the sometimes stressful moving experience for you and your family.

 And…my contact with you does not end with your sale and/or purchase to Belleville or Quinte.  I will keep myself available to you after the deal closes to provide help or if you need advice or request information eg. trades people,  or even to just say hello.
